Withdrawal period

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason.

Conditions for returning an item

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unassembled, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale. Personalized or sale items are not eligible for return.

How to make a return

Contact us at aidechristmastree@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error or fault on our part.

Receiving your return

Once your parcel has been received and checked, we will confirm by email that your return has been accepted and that processing of your refund has begun (see our refund policy).
